What is the maximum number of requests I am allowed to have?After subscribing, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered consecutively, or by urgency (if applicable).

What is the expected turnaround time for my projects?Typically, the majority of requests are fulfilled within 3 days or less. However, if the request is more complex, such as a website design, it may require additional time.

How do I submit a request?Clients have multiple options to request designs, such as directly through Notion, sharing Google docs, or by recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Essentially, any resource that can be linked or shared through Notion is acceptable.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the project?No need to worry! We will keep making revisions to any project until you are completely happy with it, with no additional charges.
